Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Pairsteps, we are committed to delivering your sneakers efficiently, securely, and reliably anywhere in South Africa.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off (Domestic)

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday )

Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Saturday )

Order Cut-Off: 18:00 PM (GMT+02:00, South Africa Standard Time – Johannesburg)

Orders placed after 18:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Terms

We partner with The Courier Guy and other reputable South African courier services to ensure dependable nationwide delivery.

Deliveries take place on business days during standard working hours (09:00–18:00 SAST).

All shipped orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

A physical street address is required for delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes due to signature requirements upon delivery.

Order Status

You may check your order status at any time using your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Delivery Status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

If you have not received tracking information within the stated handling time, please contact our support team for assistance.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing: support@pairstepssa.com

We will assess the issue and arrange an exchange or return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.

If Your Package Has Not Arrived

Before contacting us, please:

Review your tracking link in the shipment confirmation email.

Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout was accurate.

Check with household members, security, or reception if applicable.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact our support team for further assistance.

Reasons We May Be Unable to Fulfil Shipment

We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipment in the following circumstances:

The item is unavailable or out of stock.

The delivery address falls within a remote or restricted service area.

A PO Box address was provided.

Payment was declined, incomplete, or flagged for verification.

If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified promptly and refunded where applicable.

Shipping Fees

Flat Rate Shipping: R99 nationwide within South Africa.

Free delivery may apply during selected promotional campaigns or on qualifying bulk orders.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier logistics, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
